The La Vaguada shopping center in Madrid will begin a renovation process in June 2023 with the objective of renovating the building itself and its exterior areas. The project has been carried out by L35, an architecture, urban planning and design studio.
Q-safety is in charge of the Health and Safety of this remodeling work with the incorporation of a Health and Safety Coordinator and a Safety Manager.
The shopping center, inaugurated in 1983 and designed by César Manrique, has a complete commercial offer with stores, restaurants and cinemas, distributed throughout its three floors totaling 85,000 square meters.
