O que é um Estudo de Segurança e Saúde (ESS)

The Safety and Health Study is the document that defines the preventive measures appropriate to the risks inherent to the execution of a construction work, providing the work site with the ideal conditions of Safety and Health and protection against occupational hazards.

Regulated hair Royal Decree 1627/1997 of 24 October 1997,, is a mandatory document for many construction sites and the best guarantee to prevent risks, protect all equipment and comply with the regulations in force.

O promotor é obrigado a contratar um ESS quando:

  • The budget for the execution of the work exceeds €450 000.
  • A duração da obra for superior a 30 days úteis e forem empregados mais de 20 workers simultaneously.
  • O volume total de trabalho ultrapassa as 50 days.
  • The work includes tunneis, galerias, condutas subterrâneas ou barragens.
