A Nota Técnica de Prevenção n.º 1.071 do Instituto Nacional de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho estabelece a obrigação por parte do promotor das obras de recolher a informação relevante sobre os riscos que podem apresentar na obra e, em consequência, sobre as medidas que devem ser adotadas. Essa obrigação fica coberta com a redação do presente documento.
