What is the site's Preventive Management Document?

In works without a project, the employer will have to manage the preventive activities of the work and coordinate the actions of the subcontracted companies and the independent workers hired. For this purpose, in accordance with the aforementioned document, the employer will be able to opt for the means of coordination that he considers appropriate, having a document called «document of preventive management of the work» which, with the same objective as the safety and health plan, which allows him to plan, organise, coordinate and control the actions of the subcontractors and the independent workers that he has contracted, coordinate and control the actions and establish the joint work procedures, constituting the basic instrument of identification of risks and establishment of preventive measures applicable to all the workers (own and independent) and to the dependent companies of the employer in the works without project.
