What is the Safety and Health Coordinator at the construction site?

The Safety and Health Coordinator in construction works (both in the design phase and in the execution phase) is the competent technician appointed by the Developer to coordinate the application of the principles mentioned in the artigo 8.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 1627/1997, de 24 de outubro, which establishes the minimum safety and health requirements for construction sites.
