Basic Health and Safety Study

The Basic Health and Safety Study will be carried out based on the content of the Construction Project and will consist of a single document, the content of which is as follows:

Health and safety regulations applicable to the construction site. To this end, it shall consider the

identification of occupational risks that can be avoided, indicating the measures

the necessary techniques to do so.

List of occupational risks that cannot be eliminated in accordance with the above

previously, specifying preventive measures and technical safeguards

aimed at controlling and reducing such risks and assessing their effectiveness, in particular

when alternative measures are proposed.

Special consideration of the risks included in Annex II of Royal Decree 1627/97

(work involving particularly serious risks of burial, collapse or falling objects)
