The Spatium Certification - Safe and Healthy Spaces is a Seal of Conformity on a building or space, in reference to the level of Health and Safety it provides to users, based on the verification of the applicable regulations, together with behaviours, values and improvements in Health and Safety.

- Promover y constatar las buenas prácticas en la explotación del patrimonio inmobiliario, desde la Seguridad y Salud sobre las personas, los espacios y las instalaciones.

Validation by External Certification Body
Applusas part of its internal process, performs the validation process to obtain the Spatium certification, according to the Technical Specification developed by QSAFETY.
Once the process has been verified, Applus issues a certificate if it is favourable. This certifies that QSAFETY performs the entire process in accordance with the procedures specified in the "SPATIUM Technical Specification".
