The La Vaguada Shopping Centre in Madrid will begin a renovation process in June 2023 with the aim of refurbishing the building itself and its exterior areas. The project has been carried out by L35, an architecture, urban planning and design studio.
Q-safety is responsible for health and safety on this refurbishment project, with the addition of a Health and Safety Coordinator and a Safety Manager.
The shopping centre, opened in 1983 and designed by César Manrique, offers a complete range of shops, restaurants and cinemas, spread over three floors covering a total of 85,000 square metres.
