What is the Construction Site Preventive Management Document?
In construction projects without a project plan, the contractor must manage the preventive activities of the project and coordinate the actions of the subcontractors and self-employed workers they have hired. To this end, in accordance with this document, the contractor may choose the coordination methods they deem appropriate, having a document called the “construction site preventive management document” which, with the same objective as the health and safety plan, allows them to plan, organize, coordinate, and control actions and establish joint work procedures, constituting the basic instrument for identifying risks and establishing preventive measures applicable to all workers (own and self-employed) and to companies dependent on the contractor in construction projects without a project plan.
