Preventive Management Document

In works without a project, the contractor will have to manage the preventive activities of the work and coordinate the actions of the subcontractors and self-employed workers hired. For this purpose, in accordance with said document, the contractor may opt for the means of coordination it deems appropriate, having a document called "preventive management document of the work" which, with the same objective as the health and safety plan, allows it to plan, organize, coordinate and control the actions and establish joint work procedures, constituting the basic instrument for identifying risks and establishing preventive measures applicable to all workers (own and self-employed) and to the companies dependent on the contractor in works without a project.
