data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The old floors of <strong>Altadis<\/strong> in Seville's Los Remedios neighbourhood are facing one of the largest urban renewal operations in the city with the development of \u00c1mbito Vera, a project with a budget of 25 million euros that is being carried out by <strong>KKH Property Investors.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aae605e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"aae605e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"ft-text\">The project seeks to redefine the neighbourhood's connection with the rest of Seville through a combination of tertiary uses, public spaces and pedestrian mobility solutions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cae456d e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" offices<\/strong>, the central building known as <strong>The Cube<\/strong>, a <strong>civic square<\/strong>, a <strong>pedestrian footbridge<\/strong> which will link Los Remedios with the historic centre and the creation of a <strong>new green areas,<\/strong> creating a new urban pole in the surroundings of the old factory.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d755a79 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d755a79\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Among the highlights is the luxury hotel, designed by the architect <strong>Carlos Ferrater<\/strong>, with eight floors and 210 rooms.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0a2942c elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"0a2942c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div 1 and Rama 2, together with the construction of a third building.
